All frozen orders ship out on Mondays unless there is a weekday holiday that will interfere with timely delivery.
All frozen ship to addresses must be able to receive packages between 8 am and 8 pm.
Order cancellations or changes can only be made by contacting us directly before your order has shipped. Changes and cancellations requested after shipment cannot be accommodated and your order will ship as-is with no returns accepted.
