All frozen orders ship out on Mondays unless there is a weekday holiday that will interfere with timely delivery.
All frozen ship to addresses must be able to receive packages between 8 am and 8 pm.
Please note order cancellations or changes can only be made by contacting us directly before your order has shipped. To make changes to your order reply to your order confirmation email between your order date and the following Monday at 9 AM Pacific. Changes and cancellations requested after shipment cannot be accommodated and your order will ship as-is with no returns accepted.
