Return Policy

While we ensure the quality of our product, there is no practical method of facilitating returns. If your shipment is lost or destroyed during transport we will replace it at no cost to you.
If you or your cat are unhappy with Savage Cat Food and you have already tried all of our transition tips, please feel free to contact us directly. We may have some custom tips that can help. If you are still unsatisfied with Savage Cat Food we will purchase an equal or greater amount of canned cat food and send it to you, free of charge.
Claims must be made within 30 days of date ordered. Maximum amount claimable is six pounds. Online competitors for replacement only.
