While we ensure the quality of our product, we do not accept returns on refrigerated or frozen products. Please note if your frozen food arrives defrosted but still cold it is safe to refreeze. If it arrives warm please contact us for a replacement. If your shipment is lost or destroyed during transport please contact us for a replacement.
If you or your cat are unhappy with Savage Cat Food and you have already tried all of our transition tips, please feel free to contact us directly, we may have some custom tips that can help.
If you have purchased a Savage Cat Toy and need the handle repaired, please contact us directly at email@example.com.
